The concept

The name Muos comes from Latin and means " muscle ". It echoes the importance that ancient civilizations placed on the care of the body, both to regenerate, strengthen and harmonize it.

In ancient times, massage held a central place in health and wellness rituals. Among the Greeks, athletes prepared themselves with oil massages before competitions.

The Romans used hot baths and massages to relax the body after exertion.

In Polynesia, Lomi-Lomi aimed to restore energy balance and strengthen vitality.

At Muos Therapy, I draw inspiration from these traditions to offer targeted and personalized massages, designed to meet contemporary needs.

I am addressing:

  • for athletes looking to optimize their performance and prevent injuries

  • for people suffering from chronic pain or in the post-rehabilitation phase

  • as well as to urban professionals who wish to relieve stress and regain physical and mental balance.

Among the formulas I offer is “ The Tension Breaker ”: a short and precise massage, ideal for breaking knots, relieving localized tension, and restoring mobility after intense effort or a wrong movement.

In 30 or 45 minutes, it allows you to release tension in a tense area and quickly regain comfort.

I use different techniques adapted to each profile: Swedish massage, Deep-Tissue, Hawaiian… Each session is designed to support your well-being in the long term.

Thanks to this holistic approach, I welcome you to a soothing space in the heart of the Chartrons district, to help you regain vitality, relaxation and balance.
